ok I just traded my van for a 1986 2.8 v6 camaro, I know for a fact it has a bad transmission because it has no first gear or reverse and if the car is in nuetral it wont roll backwards. Now for my question the car seems to like to die at low speeds or when coming to a stop. It doesnt do the stumble and then die it just all the sudden dies and it will start again with a twist of the key, no problems, sometimes it will do this repeatedly and othertimes it will run perfect? over all my years of turning wrenches I have never ran into this issue, the no stumbling makes me lean towards it being the ignition but I cant be sure as I dont currently have a fuel pressure gauge. also last night when the car died while driving it kept rolling and started right back up like the ignition died and then came back to life. Some one please help!!!
