I have a 1991 Z28 Camaro, V8 manual transmition,
since a got it I been having the problem that it overheats really fast, in the free way or streets. The radiator is new, I just took it to the shop and they put a new fan and check the coolant system and they said everything was working properly, but the car still overheats but not as fast. What do you think?

First check the temp sensor and the fan relay. Your Fan should come on at 220. If it does you need to check out you heads or head gaskets.

Do a need to check the gaskets even if I don't have any kind of oil burning or speals.

Most radiator shops or garages will put a pressure tester on you radiator for you. It will 'leak down' if you have a blown head gasket. If you do, make sure you pull the plugs before starting.
