Hi Folks,

We have Part 1 - Cruise Mode - of the Driving video live on YouTube. It's a short 2min30 sec overview of our automatic transmission, the A-41 which is a derivative of the 4L60/65/70E Hydramatic family. It has in-car video of the product and covers the technical aspects of the product and how to drive with the Paddle Shifter.

Part 1 - Cruise Mode

Driving Video Part 2 - Paddle Shift Mode , is complete and will be live tomorrow. I will update this thread with the link when available.

Enjoy!

sorry I missed this comment when you posted...

It is more than just an expensive shifter alternative. At $695 the paddle shifter gives you a lot of information on the digital display at your selection choice - more than a dozen data parameters live - like vehicle speed, engine rpm, tcc lockup, slip, driveshaft speed, tranny temp, and a lot more.

Also, it gives you the ability to focus on the road and keep both hands on the wheel during intense or spirited driving.

The paddle shifter brings together the engine braking aspect of the transmission - something just manually shifting the auto gear lever doesn't bring to the car. It's like merging an automatic and manual transmission into one. You get the feel and control of a manual, with the convenience and full automatic operation of an automatic - at the flip of a switch.

Popular Hot Rodding just did an install to one of their project cars, and they were blown away by it. Look for the feature to hit the newsstand in another 4 weeks or so.
