No, this is not similar to anything by the Stones

, but I am wondering about painting my block. Right now, it is freshly prepped, just a nice clean metal color. I want it to remain that way, but I am concerned about the possibility of it rusting and looking awful. I know the block can be painted orange or blue, whatever, but is there a paint, or protectant that will keep the block looking like metal?

Plastikote (among others) makes a cast iron grey (mentioned above) paint. I have used it and I must say that it looks just like fresh cast iron.

Great, thanks! I definately want it grey. Do you get this stuff from the speed shop or just any automotive store? Maybe a paint store? I can phone around, no worries.
