Is it a good idea to plug the pcv port on the carb.and just use a breather in each valve cover? Also should I have to re-jet the carb if so?And about how many sizes? It is a 650 holley man.sec.double squirt, and dual plane,350.It seems like its a little fat right now.I have never taken the carb.apart since bought new and I dont know what the jet size is.Thanks for any help with this.

I would leave the PCV valve installed and working. It will keep your crankcase cleaner by extracting vapors, and will keep the outside of your engine cleaner by minimizing the leaks.

Keep it hooked up or you will have oil vapor blowing out the breathers and making a mess in short order. PCV is a good thing. Been there, done that, the t-shirt don't fit anymore
