i almost have my floor pans clean i am going to brush on the por-15 does it go on smooth with a brush and can i primer and paint over top of it i want to paint pans under car to have the show look if you know what i mean thanks Greg

yes the por-15 will flow out smoothly with a brush once its dry you can lightly go over it with a scotch brite pad this will allow the primer or top coat to stick you can also use the por-15 primer if you want ive never used it but ive seen wheres its been used

I'm not sure why you want to primer over POR-15. They make, however, POR-15 Chassis Coat which can be applied over the POR-15 itself. I used it on my subframe. They also have some other products/colors. I wouldn't mix brands.
