I'm pretty sure it's coming from the little hole in the top of the cap ( i assume this hole is for self bleeding ). I refilled it and revved it and it doesn't shoot out. Then I drive it and when I get it home its all gone.

I'm not sure if i'm over filling, there's no fill line. I fill that little reservoir to about half.

Also, it doesn't just blow a little out, its completely empty.

Did you just put in the new pump ? It sounds like it was not bleed properly and the air is forcing out the fluid. Only put in maybe 1/2 the fluid and start the bleeding process.

Start it up.. Have someone turn the wheel as you rev it and see where it's coming from.if it's coming out the top follow tjs advice and try bleeding it...

You build more pressure when you turn the wheel and even more if you rev it while turning the wheel..If the pressure side hose has a leak it will empty quick once pressure builds
