Hey Jim, I have a 68 powerglide and it weights in at 105 plus 40 for the torque converter and flexplate. I think you'd be safe with sayin 150 for it all. Of course empty all the fluid first. I think that 105 pounds is without draining the fluid, but the 40 for the torque converter is drained.
