hey mark, what do u think about putting this kit in a 350? re-ring kit, 8 forged pistons, world products s/r torquer 202-1.60 w/ 170cc intake runners and probably 64cc which would likely make 9.34:1cr, manley pro series timing kit, comp cams magnam pushrods, and i was thinking about adding a comp cams cam/lifter kit of 244-244, .501-.501 please let me know about the cam.

Sounds like a good combination. Should wake it right up. I am running slightly more compression, but with double hump heads and Comp recommended a 262 cam. If you have any doubts about a cam choice, give Comp a call. They were very helpful to me. Of course I already have the wrong cam and need to make a change.

What gears are you running?

One more thing to add, if you don't have them already, get sub frame connectors. I already cracked a t-top after 1 week of driving.

A few companies made sub frame connectors. Chassis Engineerind, Hotckis to name a few. Summit and Jegs will have them listed. They re-inforce the rear sub frame with the front sub frame and prevent twisting of the body.
Twisting breaks things!

The 4.10's would be a bear on long street trips. If it is a daily driver, I would not go that low without overdrive.

I run 4.11's with a 26" tall tire, but then again I don't have to go very far. If you like to drive it a bit, 3.73's would, IMHO, be a better choice.

World makes some good heads. A lot of people here like the S/R Torquers. I run the Sporstman II's.
