After you pull the steering wheel, Lock plate and turn signal switch, There is one long pin type screw, did you remove it ? The other thing that you have to remove is the key in buzzer switch, see that little plastic clip with two brass arms thing beside that long pin screw, work it and the spring out with a small screwdriver. The lock cylinder should now pull out, try turning it slightly if it is still jammed, some times they plug up with dirt anf key fileings
