Your 69 should have came with rear lap belts. They may be between the bottom cushion and top cushion. Removing the bottom cushion may be the next order to find them.
Push back about an 1/2-3/4 inch on the bottom frame of the seat at each front corner and lift up. Then lift up the bottom cushion and roll out the bottom from the top cushion. Seat belts would be on the floor.
As far as rear shoulder belt, not offered I don't think. All is not lost. If you don't have a center passenger, you can get a lap belt and bolt the top to the rear deck, with the opposite end at the passenger set-up.
