I have a 88 iroc that i bought a 92 high rise spoiler for and need to find gaskets for anyone have any ideas on what I should do?

do you know if the after market spoiler for a 92 would be the same as the orignal one that came on the car? i bought one and it has not come in yet, but I think that it might be different could this be true?
