Hi All, quick question..Is it ok to have a ground and a positive routed right next to each other? I was cleaning up some wiring and noticed the previous owner routed the battery cable in the wiring tunnel on the inside of the body. he also has 2 14AWG grounds routed next to it.

Is that an issue?

Nope, Never. Unless they are both bare, then that could be a problem

I agree with Sean... I use to work on 48v telco power and we would install as large as 750 cfm runs and always ran grd batt grd batt grd...

Think about this....the entire body of the car is a ground...if it was an issue, you couldn't route your positive cable anywhere near the car.
