Check out Ground-up, Ricks, Classic Industries all those camaro part stores. They have a special paint to repaint them and other plastic interior parts. I've heard it's good stuff. If you want to getaway cheaper you can use plastic paint from your local auto stores. I don't think you can sand them if they have the wrinkle finish. Just apply a solvent that isn't too strong for plastic and rub.
