Since it sounds as though you are saving the quarters, replace the trunk pan assembly first w/o the frame rails or wheel houses. Next the frame rails should be mounted and welded to the floor trunk pan, and tail panel. Then the wheelhouses should be welded together and placed properly in the rear. With the rear end being rigid once again, you may then remove the entire floor for replacement. The only thing that you may really fight with is shoving the wheelhouses into their position, you will need somebody to pull out on the quarter as you must shove them into place. That is the method that I have done successfully.
