Then try some 1/4 inch spacers.

What I am getting is you are rubbing the top side of the inner wheel house next to the frame. If not too bad it can be slightly "massaged" with a 2 x 4 and hammer. Otherwise a spacer would help but may space you out to the outer fender lip.

You have a relatively high ride height and 68 wheel openings. OP has a 69....

28.5" I think to the top of the lip from the ground....no inner rubbing....no outer rubbing when she squats.

I'm thinking its not a true 4.5" BS

I have clearance all around...285 McCreary's did rub the inner, but only on off camber bumps or hard turns.

Generally guys want to have the 69 wheel lip partially cover the tire so there is less room on the outside of the tire. Your tire is nowhere near your quarter panel at your ride height. Different situation....
