Yes, as noted above. I converted a car using '72 Ventura disc brakes and had a wheel bearing fail that destroyed the disc spindle. I pulled out the drum one to compare and the only difference was the height of the brake pin boss. You have to cut it off and machine it flat. I cut mine off with a 3" cutoff wheel just a little high then used what was at the time my dad's mill and squared it up. Worked great.
