IS THERE A SPECIAL TOOL TO REMOVE SPOT WELDS OTHER THAN THE DRILL?? SOUNDS LIKE A STUPID QUESTION , BUT IM NOT SURE. WHAT SIZE DRILL BIT.....???:clonk: :D

Hello,
there are many ways to gt rid of spot welds.
1) regualar drill bit 5/16 ~ 3/8"
2) "Blair Spot Weld Cutters" like a mini hole saw
3) Grind thru the top layer with a cut off wheel

FYI using all caps and bold is considered yelling :eek:

I just ordered some blair spotweld cutter thingys yesterday cause I was trying to drill out the spotwelds that I can't cut. Switching from dril bit to drill bit sucks and then when you get to the biggest one you gota to push as hard as you can and after two I was wore out.

Sorry didnt mean to yell. I live far away....I wanted to make sure Iwas heard. Thanks for the info guys!!! Much appreciated;) :beers:
