What exactly is controlled about these street takeovers? I've seen A LOT of videos of cars whipping around violently and ploughing into one/multiple people and throwing the people several meters. Here in Australia, that kind of behaviour is met with a swift and hard response from the police and has real consequences. Funny part is that the ones encouraging this type of recklessness are the first to complain when police come down hard on car enthusiasts... go figure
