Hello, I have a 400 bored 0.040 over to make a 408. I am now looking to upgrade the crankshaft from the stock 3.75" stroke to a 3.80" stroke. The crank I found is for use with 6.0" connecting rods, and it currently has stock 5.75" rods, which are being replaced as well. So with this block clear 6.0" rods and a 3.80" stroke? Otherwise, what are my other options? What would this bring my displacement to? Thank you.

You're going to wind up with a really odd combination, and you'll need custom pistons made - for the money you'll have to spend, you'd be better off (IMO) to optimize the 408 you have now or build a stout 383 from scratch (good 4-bolt 350 blocks are available everywhere, with an enormous selection of "normal" parts to build them with, at reasonable prices).

The 3.800 stoke will give you a 414, not worth the hassle in my opinion. A more common deal is to use small journal rods and offset grind your 400 crank to get a 421. This will clear the stock block with some minor grinding and the parts are readily available.

the 4'' crank with .040 over block will be 436 cubes.
