I am not sure this is the right forum but I am wondering if anyone has transplanted a American Powertrain t56 Magnum into a 1967 Camaro with a 350, 4SPD?
I think I have everything covered but the shifter. The stock shifter assembly seems to be hitting the back of side of the hole in the transmission tunnel. Anyone know of a shifter assembly with a lower profile that will fit?
American Powertrain has a white lightning shifter but the said they are having problems with it. I just want to avoid cutting the original hole up if at all possible.
