Going in my kid's 69

LS7 441 Stroker with Callies forged rotating assembly and JE Pistons.

Just finished the short block and have CNC ported heads and a custom cam on the way.

Will be looking at about 720 HP flywheel

Very nice.
What is with the columns in the valley?
Is that a drain hole at the rear of valley or a muddobber's nest?

Oil drains and the towers in the LS7 are not machined. The cast towers are machined in blocks that have Displacement on Demand.

Dirt dobbers nest in a high dollar aluminum block. >:) That's funny.

I hope you two moderators are friends.

Anyway, it is a good looking block.

Holy crap ... this thing is going to sound down right nasty John (depending on your muffler choice of course)
Possibly the best NA engine build ever ... off the top of my head I cannot think of anything better. What intake are you planning to use ?
I know they are VERY expensive but there is some absolutely stunning cross ram stuff out there now .. not sure how well they work but they are wicked looking
