when pulling out my engine, i was think of an easy way to disconnect my tranny lines, from the tranny. does anyone see any problems with using compression fittings on the tranny lines, and then when you need to disconnect them, just losen up one of the fittings and there apart ?
this way would sure beat trying to get to the fittings on the tranny and busting up your knuckles.

It's agood idea. I have done it on a TH400 in a '68 Camaro, however I would recommend flared fittings as the compression fittings probably won't work on steel lines.
