I need a new lower part of the trunk latch. I cannot find them anywhere. Would another year and model have the same latch? so I could find one at a boneyard.

What year? I have a 69 parts car. I don't know that the year matters, though.

69 RS Conv,355,M20,4.10's and I don't worry about stone chips ( yet ).

I have a 68, it is the lower piece that the trunk lid locks into. I am unsure if all 1st gen. were the same or not.
