67 was the change over year for Chevrolet. From 67 to 70 most Chevy lines sprayed Charcoal grayish Black, with Green and Aqua flecks mixture. Some on the market are too black IMHO

From Jerry at CRG
There are only two people selling correct truck spatter paint for first gen cars now. Brian Henderson at Supercar Workshop and Larry Christensen from Camaros plus. We stock Larry's but I'm not sure if Brian is marketing his or just making it for his customer's cars.

I am also working with Dave Cunningham from BASF. I gave him three original trunk pieces to match in his chem lab. All of the other stuff available today is not correct and wont' fly in concours restored judging.

I went to the website but it is little more then a single page postcard. You will have to call them to see what they are still doing custom paint wise. http://www.carmarosplusdenver.com/

Here is the thread at CRG:

I was cheap with a patch on my 72 Impala years ago even when GM still sold splatter paint. Spray base grayish charcoal black then sprayed a little duplicolor rattle can into a paper cup and with a tooth brush flecked aqua and green and white mix onto it in a random pattern. Looked the same and cost almost nothing as I only bought two small rattle cans of aqua and green. Had the white and charcoal on hand already.
