Congrats! It sure is fun having all those shiny new parts come in.Finally after all the years doing bodywork and paint and all the planning i have finally bought my engine. I am now another step closer to finishing my dream
Nothing wrong with it at all. Nobody is going to think you're trying to pass off an LS3 as born with. For theft reasons, a lot of guys stamp SSNs or other identifying numbers into parts. What you're suggesting is a great idea for that reason if nothing else. Now i have a question and its just really a thought in my mind
Would there be any objection to stamping my vin on the ls3?
Not trying to scam anyone or break any laws
But since i gave this car a second life with a whole new drivetrain and if say another 50 yrs down the road the new owner decides to sell the motor and well you know the deal
Just a thought so dont burn me
The screws i got were from home depot because the screws that came with the clips did not fit any of my rivnutsSteve,
What clamps and screws/bolts are those on the vapor guard line? I might want to switch mine out...
Thanks!
