vERTS ARE 12 1/2 INCHES, COUPES ARE 13 1/2 INCHES LONG. I.E. THE VERTS ARE AN INCH SHORTER PLUS OR MINUS.

I read somewhere the vert arms are shorter so as not to get the backseat passengers wet as they operate. Now:D think about this--the top must be down, eh? Sure; that's because the washer jets are being used.

In addition to being shorter, the convertible arms have RH CONV and LH CONV stamped on the back sides of them. At least the factory ones did.
my 1968 convert has the factory wipers... i cant find this on them....

I have 2 sets both stock (original) one set say left & right and the other set only says left? Go figure. I know they are original as I took them off of my vert and another one I parted out many years ago. I guess I cant say for 100% their original as I bought both of them from the original owners but in 1980 and 81.
