I painted the kick panel with color M-48 Camel-Tan. This clearly does not match my new seat... Any suggestions on what color I am looking for? The seat itself is listed as brown.

I would agree with Shannon4570…

it’s a aftermarket seat , so no reference
to factory colour at all..
Call the manufacturer an ask
if there’s a code for that colour .

Otherwise , get to a paint shop and have
them custom spin up some correct colour
for you .

Ideally a spray can , and perhaps some flex agent .?

*** remember - you have to re install the kick !
straight paint won’t cut it !!

sorry for the sidetrack.
@68Nickey reading your reply reminded me of a song called Stronger Beer by Tim Hicks. A song about differences between us south of the Canadian Border and you north of the border. He mentions spelling color with a "u". Just thought it was funny. Y'all have LetterKenny too, haha!

My turn for a sidetrack …

Yes it’s true ,
we spell color with a U ,
Its the British way to do it !

as ‘Mericans , you say “Ruuf “ intsead of Roof ,
you also say “ Crick “ instead of Creek ,
and you say “ Woof “ instead of Wolf …
Ha !Ha ! 😂

I have always found it humous how different countries say and spell things. In England it is Petro not Gas. Another I heard form an English guy said "Are you taking me for a piss ? " Which roughly translates into " Are you pulling my leg".

No offence to anyone.

Actually , having a mother from England ,
there are a couple of slight corrections!
in England “gas “ is “ Petrol ”

” Are you taking a piss ? “ is actually like saying
“ Are you trying to make a fool of me ? “

And my favourite is “ Don’t get shirty with me ! “
Kind of like ” Don’t get pissy with me !”
translated It’s like “ don’t be angry or displeased….
Its your fault , not mine !

There are lots of differences between “ English “
and “ American “ languages .

like saying you’re “ All 6 s and 7 s “
Its like being “ Mixed up ! or confused .

Don’t get me started on the Cockney rhyming 😂😂😂

How this got from color choice to language I'll never know but very amusing. Go from west Texas to east Texas and its like crossing the ocean. Cross into Louisiana and gets even weirder.
