Well I am guilty as charged, I just bought a 68 camaro and it needs help.

The front floors are totally gone and the drivers rear was replaced with a homemade pan and the passengers rear is salavageble. So here is my question, should I just buy a whole new pan and replace everything?

If I replace the whole thing can it go in from the inside or do I have to drop the sub frame a put it in from the bottom?

The rockers are gone as well.

It was restored back in the 80' s and is great from the rockers up.

A full pan is the way to go. Replace the rockers while you have it apart as well. The full pan has to come up from the bottom, too wide to get in from the top.

It is really not that tough to put the floor in. You will be welding in spots that are not visible and the one piece is alot less work once you have the old floor out.

My body guy did a full floor on a 69, it was a complete resto, he put the floor in through the windshield opening then sat it in place.
