My headlights were stuck open so I took off the relay vacuum switch to see if I could take it apart. Anyway, now that it's back on the headlights do nothing, so I think I may have gotten some of the hoses mixed up. Which hose goes where?

On the relay: Red-top,Yellow-middle,Green-bottom. At the actuator: Red on the front, Green on the back. Make sure the switch on top of the relay is pulled toward the drivers side fender in order for the dash switch to operate the lights.

Thanks, that's what I needed. The lights worked fine, then wouldn't stop opening. After I took off the relay they did nothing, which is why I think I got them mixed up.
