which transmission

i was wondering if a t-56 tranny from a late model camaro or firebird would bolt up to my 350 70 nova, and if so does anyone know where i could get a used one in good shape for cheap?

Yeah, they will bolt up, and if you are ready to go, i can put you in contact with a couple of guys who have brand new units, ready to ship.
