Will the windshield in a 67 Firebird also fit a 68 Camaro?

It should as long as it's from the same body style (i.e. coupe/conv't). Keep in mind that a convertible windshield will not work in a coupe and vise-versa. The convertible windshield is about 2" shorter.

The windshield and back light will interchange between the 67 - 69 Camaros and Firebirds. As 69 Z11 said the convertable windshield is shorter. The door glass will interchange between a 67 Camaro & Firebird and the door glass will interchange between 68 & 69 Camaros and Firebirds. THe quarter glass is the same for all three years on both cars.

Qtr glass is different between coupes and converts for all three years.

Door glass is the only glass interchange between coupes and converts.
