My wiper motor on my 67 RS is inop. When I depress the switch for windshield washer it clicks. When I turn it on low or high nothing happens.
The three wires at the motor Yellow, Light blue and black. Yellow & black have power with the test light. Light blue has no power with key on and wiper switch in any position. The wiper pump has power to both yellow and dark blue. I also grounded the motor with a jumper wire but nothing happens.
I do get a shock sometimes when I touch the wiper switch at the dash.

Also the cigerette lighter has power at the end of the wire but no power if you touch the inside with a test light. I wonder if my lighter is shorting out or grounding out and running a low current through the dash and giving me a shock at the wiper switch?

any Idea?

try taking the wiper switch out, sand the area (inside the dash) where switch mounts( to make sure it has ground). same for the cig lighter

Found the problem, Wiper arms were frozen. Wire fell off of lighter.
