A single power feed for the guages is fine. I usually run it in a daisy chain, crimp the feed and a second wire both into one connector, put it on the first guage go to the second, same thing, etc.
You can also do that for the ground connection, and the illumination. Tie the illumination into the LPS terminal on the fusebox and the guages will dim when you twist the headlight knob.
