Looks like a nice car. As usual, there are a few incorrect items/finishes that should be addressed. I would inspect before purchasing since there are no photos of the stated numbers (VIN stamp, engine code, etc.).
$36K and not at reserve, you could spend $2K - $5K having many items replaced to bring it to being more correct. LA cars have no X-codes so know what you're looking for and go over the car with a fine tooth comb in person.
That said it looks to be a very nice car on the pricy side.
