Hi Beam / Low Beam Problem

1969 Camaro SS, When running some fuel thru the exhaust tonight in driveway to keep exhaust and motor alive........I found a new problem, looks like Low Beam works but when I hit Hi Beam....nothing,notta,zilch, goes to parking lights.........anyone have an idea ? thanks in advance.........alan

sounds like a ground problem to me......is the grounding strap from the headlight switch to the dash installed? also check to see that there is power comming out of the dimmer switch. and the obvious.....are the bulbs good.

Dimmer Switch problem !!!! You can jump across the wires. One set is low beam and the other set is high beam. The middle terminal is the hot wire which feeds each light beam. If you jumper the wires and they still dont work then it isnt the dimmer switch.
