what's obvious is, both teams seem "destined" for the title. It's hard to believe Colt McCoy hasn't won a Championship. It feels like he's due. But, like Stoops at OU in 2001, you get the feeling the Bama coach (Name??) has "arrived" and this could be his first title.

Tough one for me... Girlfriend is from Texas, so she is for the longhorns. Being a Tex A&M grad, she usually doesn't like the longhorns. I am in Seattle, and both my teams suck, so I guess I don't care. I'll root for who's behind (I like underdogs usually) Man, I sound like a politician.lol

They are doing news stories on how Pasadena is overun with fans from Texas and Alabama. Evidently, people on the streets are only wearing red or orange football jerseys. And they say that there are massive tailgating parties going on at the Rose Bowl even as I type!! My question is when you come from Alabama by air, is a smoker BBQ considered carry on, regular luggage or did the Alabama Air National Guard fire up the fleet of C130's and do a massive airlift of football fans and BBQ's into Pasadena?

The freshman QB for Texas did a heck of a job. Made a couple bad plays but look at the conditions.
