And for a 69 rear, you'd need four tabs. I haven't found a good pic yet, but the clips were on the rear of the axle tubes (toward backside of car) with one a few inches from the center section on either side, and one just inboard of the perches on either side.

Should be easy to make your own from some scrap. Tack them on your diff tubes on each end where you want you brake line to be.

Sorry..I was laid up with the flu a few days and just got to measure the tabs on the 12 bolt rear ends I have.

One rear has a tabs 1/2 " wide 2 1/8" long bent upward 5/8 " from the bottom which are cut on 1/8 " flat stock. There is a hole drilled in the center upper area 1/2 " down from the top where it is welded to the rear.

One rear has basically the same dimension tabs except they are tapered to 1/4" wide 3/4 " from the bottom then bent upward. As far as attachment to the rear, it appears to be spot welded on.
