You should contact Jerry MacNeish at http://z28camaro.com/ instead of putting it on ebay. He would probaly have the right buyer for that dizzy.......and be able to verify that is real but looks like it from here.....

Good luck with it worth some serious coin to the right people......

I purchased the distributor yesterday and picked it up this morning after a brutal 7 hour trip each way, but well worth it. I was puzzled that it had dual points and the plate has the Delco Remy igsignia, so it an original GM piece. If not original it must of been a GM factory performance add on that was installed many many years ago for the distributor is dirty and the gear drive has dried oil gunk. Any feedback will be appreciated relative the dual points.

I had a 266 that I sold awhile back when I got rid of my 67 z. It was single points. I think yout dual point setup was added at some prior time.

Probably was changed to dual points using the breaker plate out of a 62 or so Corvette.

Jon,
Thanxs for your response and that makes sense. I going to remove the breaker plate and make it a single point like it originally came from the factory.
