Which intake would you recommend for this application (Air Gap or Victor Jr.) of a street/strip car.

I switched my 72 Z28's LT-1 from a dual plane Edelbrock to a performer rpm air gap manifold. Lost a little bottom end but it's winding higher than before. Just a warning, the front of the manifold where the alternator bracket bolts to is taller than stock. You will need a 76-81 alternator top bracket. The stock lower one is still ok to use.

What are all of the cam specs? (duration, lsa)

I'd say stick with the dual plane.

I like your combo but I would switch the flowmaster 40's to 14" long super turbo mufflers.
The cops won't hear you coming and you won't lose any power. :D

If the engine's already built, I'd stick with the RPM you have, better places to spend money than on the air gap, I doubt you will see much difference if any. Definitely not the Victor, you'll lose ground with it.
X2 waste of money to change from RPM to air gap IMO.
