Hello all, I am new to this site and would love some advice. I am looking at a 1969 Z-28 Lemans Blue w/Black stripes (Yes black stripes on blue). The car has been sitting in a garage for 30 years. It has 33,000 miles, no rust at all on the body. The original paint is in good condition with some scratches but no dents or dings. It has an X77 trim code and it has the original warranty papers, build sheet and protecto-plate. The interior is in very good shape. I went through the car as much as possible and all the numbers on the rear, engine, trim plate, vin tag, carb, intake, cowl hood, protecto plate and docs match. The only items that I can see it is missing is the rally wheel trim rings and center caps, the ignition coil and the battery. All or the original stickers (Jacking instructions, tire pressure ect) are still in great shape and the original jack and spare are still in the trunk. It has a black vinyl top and rear spoiler. The car also comes with the original dealer envelope with the dealer stock tag. It also has a bottle of the original touch-up paint. The only thing that is not 100% original is the cowl hood and carb which were stolen 3 months after the car was purchased but replaced by the dealer withing a week and the sticker on the hood has the right date code to prove it. The motor has not been started in 30 years and I would guess would need to be looked at and possibly re-done. The car is still located at the original owners home as per the dealer invoice however the original owner has passed away and the son is selling the car. Now my question is what is a car like this worth?
