This is a continuous post from my past post with unlevel car stance on my 67. I have posted , read replies, done searches and done everything that sems to me would be the problem. Believe it or not after all this my car has gone from 1'' to almost 1 1/2'' difference. It pisses me off that I can get it even get it close. I have done all below to try to fix:

loosened all 4 bolts on control arms set car down drove.
loosened sway bar bolts
compressed coil springs and reset in top spring pocket
pulled both front shocks.

Drove retightend/torqued and gained 3/8'' -1/2'' more on pass side.
The only thing I did not do was pull the springs and reinstall. Honestly if I did this I would buy 1'' drops.

I did do a rearend swap to posi 3:73 with multi leafs with 1 1/2'' drop. Is there anything I could check or adjust on the rearend that might make the frontend level out? I am going to put the 1'' front drops in but as mentioned I want to figure this s#^! out. You know its a guy thing and its driving me crazy!!! Every time I come out to garage I look to see if it might have leveled out night. Hoping the Suspension Fairy came and fixed it.

My 69 was sagging at the back right, so I got new leafs assuming it was 20 years of a 250 lb driver. That didn't work. Someone suggested uneven or unseated coils could do it, so I got new coils and installed them. That didn't work. I then bought a new set of body mount bushings and installed them yesterday.....my car is nice and square wihin a 1/4" or so. It was the best $90 spent yet. Now if I can just figure out how to get the radiator bushings in! Good luck.

I questioned that before and got a reply that the body bushings would not be it. I would have to go back at old post and read why??? This is a complete 3 year rebuild and I did put new body bushings in. I have noticed that they are already cracking bad and questioned this too. Water under bridge now. I just want it fixed. What kind did you buy? Urethane, rubber, solid? I have new rubber now but after 3yr and less than 1000 miles cracked. Where did you get yours?
Joel

I got original rubber ones from Classic. My old ones were not as bad as some but were pretty squashed out. It sounds like urethane is the popular choice, but I don't drive much except Sat-Sun so figured I'd go old school to start.

Same here weekend play toy, never go 50 miles from home. The rubber ones I got were from a whole suspension kit. Because mine are cracked I will order new ones. Any tips on changing them out you will share?
I will order Mon so I should have them by Friday to change next weekend.

The four under the body were pretty straightforward. I shot some solvent on the nuts on the two front ones right under the firewall. I gently worked the back two and they came out okay too. I shot a little lube on the ones on the right side of the car and stuck them back in. Then I cut a 2x4 about two feet long, centered it under the body rail on the left side and jacked it an inch or so and used a screwdriver to break loose the old bushings. Once I had them loose, I jacked another inch or two and pried them out with a screwdriver. I cleaned up the area, put a smear of grease on the metal face of the new bushing and slipped them in place. I let the car down an inch or so and got the bolts started. Then all the way down and tightened them to about 80 ft-lbs. Repeated on the other side of the car. Then drove a few miles and retorqued to 60 or so.

Rides nice and best of all is finally square. Problem is, I'm not trying to do the radiator support bushings, having trouble, and so far getting no good answers to my post. I'll let you know what/if I hear on that.

Thanks, I did install new radiator ones but it was when frontend and everthing was off and in pcs. To be honest I don't even remember how they installed. Good luck and again thanks for the conversations.

Joel, just sorted out the front bushings. On my car (69), the bumper is bolted to the frame AND the body. I missed it until I got some lunch in me and started from scratch. I left the bumper bolted to the body and unbolted it from the frame. Success! Good luck with yours.

I just orderd the urethane bushings. I hope this was my problem so I can start work on drop coils to get the set I want. I was going to take pic of underside of car to show bad bushings but my camera is in my other company truck at the office. I hope I receive so I can install and post update
