here is what I purchased with the car. unknown how long of an issue
the dome light and any under the dash do not work, no power, when door is open or light switch is activated. Rear defogger does not work, cig. lighter does not work,(no power on wires) amfm radio does not work. Door buzzer does work. all items are located in same area of dash, wonder is they are common on the wiring harness? all fuses are fine. anyone got any guesses
with the proximity to each other, I suspect a power issue common with all like a trunk line. fuse has power in fusebox. any experience would be appreciated.

How are you finding out you have no power ?. Just from things not working or ?.

How did you figure out all of the fuses were good ?.

You need to get a meter to see what's going on. Visually checking a fuse will not show if the fuse element on a glass fuse is blown under an end cap or if there is an issue of the transfer of power from the fuse block clips to the fuse and then back out of the fuse to the other clip.

On dome lights, the orange is a constant 12V and the white wire if grounded will complete the circuit and have the bulb come on (and providing the bulb and related connections are good).

On the rear defogger, is it a factory installed, dealer installed,or an aftermarket ?. Some defoggers plugged into a specific male terminal in the middle of the fuse block and maybe it got pulled out ?.

On the radio, is it factory or aftermarket ?. If it is an aftermarket, can you supply the model number or any wiring info about it ?.

I know more questions than replies but we just need more input from your end :) .

In adding to Nova's suggestions, it may be the firewall connectors are corroded, or not getting power through the connection.
As Nova suggested, measure power on each fuse end. Should have power on both sides.
Sometimes the clip needs squeezing after fuse is removed.

fuses are hot on both sides, 12v voltage tester. lighter socket dead, factory rear defogger with factory switch on dash, dead, dome light wires, dead. radio has the dashboard light on, but power to radio not checked yet, will try this weekend. nothing changes when turned on or off(I know, but could not reach the power cord with the tester last time and was quite pissed at the other deads, so figured might be the same. thought about running a new hot wire If I can figure out best spot to intersect it for all the items listed.
(also car is a survivor, unrestored, one owner, and appears no one other than me has been under the dash) so pretty much factory ever thing.

The radio can be removed between the console and glovebox.
It can be dropped down to floor in front of console, then pulled out through the side.
Glovebox can be removed easier than the console, just be careful as cardboard is 50+ years old.
GM lighters are always hot with keys off.
Radio dial light comes on when radio is turned on, I think, regardless if light switch is ON.
