I have been doing tons of research and narrowed it down to either 3m undercoating or some type of bedliner like Line-X or RaptorLiner. Car is going to be a driver so I want the best protection. Anyone have advice?
I'm thinking of using a thinned down Raptor liner, maybe thinned down enought to spray with a 2.2 tip in a regular gun, instead of the shutz gun. It will be a lot finer texture, so I'll probably do at least 2 coats. I've epoxied the wheel wells first.I have been doing tons of research and narrowed it down to either 3m undercoating or some type of bedliner like Line-X or RaptorLiner. The 3m undercoating 08883 is not like a factory undercoat or any other of the thick nasty ones. Sprays on from rattle can and is somewhat thin. How many coats should typically go on top of the epoxy primer?Line x prob best. I like spray can bed liner. Durable, cheap, works very well.
Undercoating seems to turn to goo if any oil gets on it
