Hi, posting to help a friend, what if any value there is in a really... REALLY rought 67 convertible, 327, 3 speed floor shift if that matters, had been indoor storage from early 80's until about 4 year ago. Myself I think the value is as a starter for a new dynacorn body to have a good vin and maybe salvage some parts like the convertible top frame, side windows/regulators, stainless trim, and possibly the subframe. But since the door overlaps the quarter panel the car is sagged too far to reasonably repair. So what is a basket case worth? anything?

lol, I was more concerned about the half ton of steel that converted to iron oxide (rust)
where would you market this? In the beginning this was what “bring a trailer” was for, but now it is usually high end builds. Our forum has a devoted but smaller audience…. How about eBay?

yeah I'm really thinking this is for parts/tags with a replacement body but that is more than I care to take on so I thought I'd see if I can help the owner find the best way to value and sell it. I've had enough of rust repair with the pair of 68's I have, I need another 10 years before I'd be brave or foolish enough to take one like this on!
