Hi to all Camaro enthusiasts. I am having a shop replace the door hinges on my 1967 Camaro as I am not able to do much heavy physical work with my hands anymore, it sucks, but that's life. I need help locating OE lower door hinges for my 1967.
I ordered OER door hinges and returned them three times due to poor quality and overall machining issues. I have read most of the postings relating to door hinges and agree that they are not worth buying. I need to locate and purchase the left, P/N 7663425, and right, P/N 7663424, lower door hinges. I posted a Wanted ad here on Camaros.net in Marketplace and on Craigslist. I am capable of rebuilding the hinges. I will purchase the upper hinges if a seller wants to sell all four hinges.
If anyone has door hinges and is willing to sell them, I would appreciate it very much if you would contact me.
FYI: I ordered a hinge rebuilding set from Heartbeat, and the pins are too short by 1/4".
Can anyone recommend where to purchase good hinge rebuilding parts? I would appreciate it, I would like to purchase pins, detent arms, rollers, and bushings
