Looks like the passing gear connector (not sure of the actual name). IIRC that is where the kick down cable connects to the transmission for it to down shift when you step on it.

Yep just replaced mine it was easy. Looks like your bolts are twisted off . I maybe wrong though

Which one did you go with?
Any kick down cable will do. Most of the aftermarket ones work fine and made by the same company, or buy a factory cable. You have a bigger problem. As pointed out, the bolt that holds that cable in place in the transmission case has been twisted off. You're gonna have to drop that transmission and get that old bolt off. Hopefully you can ease it out and not damage the threads. Good luck.

The bolt isn't twisted off. Those are the threads of the bolt hole.
Ah. Should have looked at it with my reading glasses. Good. Any kickdown cable for a for a T350 will work. A 200r4 and 7004R cable will work too. I used a universal style cable for mine. Saved money and could adjust it to exactly the length needed for a neater installation.
