Are certain Car Covers better than others? Any recommendations on a brand or vendor? Classic Industries or Summit or Jeggs?

Wolf, Covercraft, they all have different grades and prices, interior, outside, colors. Depends what your needs are.

X2 I bought one for my 67 Chevelle and it fits very well and keeps my car dust free. I have been extremely satisfied with it.

I bought a Budge cover for the 69...holding up well in Florida so far.

Happy with the Summit cover for $60, as nice as my $200 one of the same 4 layer material. Both 69's

I like Wolf and Covercraft. Do a little research on it. If your car is going to be stored outside, spend the extra money and get a 4 layer design. If your car is in a garage and not subject to possible scratches from kids, then a dust cover will work fine. I store my Camaro in a Shelter Logic tent (used to be called Cover It), and then use a 4 layer cover breathable cover on top of that.
