The 200 4R is comparable to the 700R4 in stock form. The 200 4R is stronger than the 700R4 built.
4.10s with a 700R4 will give you a very short first gear. However, 4.10s with the 200 4R is the way to go.
 
I have a 700r4, sadly the od just went after replacing the pan gasket.

My th400 cross member would not work so I bought one from cpp pretty cheap but nice product.

I'm sick of automatics, so I'm in doing a manual conversion.
 
the 200r came behind turbo grand nationals so I'm pretty sure they can hold the power your motor will put to it as well. There's a complete 200r over at protouring.com that might fit your needs. Pricey but well built. Same driveshaft length as your th350 also makes it easy.
