67 MO in TC Classifieds
Pad surface looks rough to really note broach marks to any degree but both stampings look legit for the most part.
That's pretty much the way I see it as well...other than a slight shadow or irregularity in the lighting above the suffix, making it appear not perfectly flat ? Hard to say what I'm seeing there. 
Guess it got pretty rusty at one time, causing the rough/textured appearance.
Thanks Chick !....btw, I know you frequent the CRG site, if you feel the engine/block is legit, maybe post it in the "Orphans" section ? :thumbsup: The guy says he has another 67 MO as well. I might ask for the partial VIN...
